Posted by webmaster on October 29, 2017 at 8:00 PM

Dear Friends of the Vernon Marsh,

Here are some wonderful hikes being led by our good friend Dianne Robinson. Two of them are in our very own Vernon Marsh! Fall and early winter are wonderful times for hiking. Cool with no pesky mosquitos and ticks! Can you make at least one?

Listed below are a number of hikes Dianne will be leading in the coming months. Please RSVP to Dianne if you are interested in attending.

Wednesday, November 1: Fall Hike @ Vernon Marsh Wildlife Area (WA)

Thursday, November 16: Tracking Hike @ Jackson Marsh WA

Tuesday, December 5: Winter Hike @ Tichigan Marsh WA

Saturday, December 16: Winter Hike @ Vernon Marsh WA

Wednesday, December 20: Winter Tracking Hike @ Vernon Marsh WA

Here is Dianne's contact information. She is a wonderful resource on our SE Wisconsin's natural areas.

Important! One of the Friends of Vernon Marsh objectives is to protect the Vernon Marsh.  A 4 lane divided highway through the Pebble Creek Environmental Corridor north of the Marsh is a threat to our watershed, the Fox River and the Vernon Marsh!
